Pros
There are extremely smart, kind, and hardworking people mixed into the bunch. Some will care enough to help. You can get real experience cutting your teeth here.
Cons
Unfortunately, there are few good apples across the corporate office and you might need therapy after working here. There is not enough of the good I experienced to turn a whole company around. Executive leadership has created a work culture so vile and toxic, I wanted to un-alive myself at some points due to how I was treated. I should have left in my first 90 days. I have a disability and tried to work with my manager and HR during a flare up. Neither were willing to do their jobs or accommodate my doctors advice. I immediately found myself targeted, and singled out which exacerbated my condition. They were smart about it too. They did nothing in writing. Hours can be long, and you can be left adrift with no guidance on tasks. Asking for it can get you in trouble. There is a serious need for an on-site therapist at this office. People are angry here. It flows from the very top down, and regular office staff get the brunt of it. There is screaming. Feedback is weaponized and there is gaslighting. Asking for help from the wrong person will get you in trouble. This is not a professional environment.
