Pros
This is one of the most challenging jobs you'll ever love! Related has a "hit the ground running" culture (but don't worry, they'll provide the training) so be prepared to learn a lot. I've worked for several other organizations where I felt bored rather quickly; however, that's not the case here. We're always looking for ways to improve and grow so you'll be involved with new projects quite often both as an individual and in a team setting. I've also had the pleasure to see a considerable amount of individuals provided with the opportunity to advance in the ranks due to their commitment, hard work and determination. I love participating in the growth of this amazing organization!
Cons
Not necessarily a con, because I believe every company faces this challenge: Sometimes it can be challenging to ensure the different groups are queued-in on items which require multiple department involvement - let's continue to work on communication. Team work makes the dream work!
