Not worth the headaches - Sales Representative Rekor Systems Employee Review

Management is overpaid and horrendous-Support for customers has always been an issue- Lack of leadership- Stock is volatile- Not ideal for a healthy career. As much as they say things are fine, they really aren't. HR really does nothing. Comp plans are a joke that only benefit the company. There is no culture there and honestly it's pretty toxic. Majority of people are job hugging there. No one actually enjoys being there.
