      Pros

      Rekluse is an exciting place to work. They supply the motorcycle industry with auto and manual clutches that excel in the harshest circumstances. Innovation abounds here; it is a great place to work if you don't like the corporate stuffiness of bigger companies.

      Cons

      The only cons are all the things that go with a small growing company... if you like places that are quiet and where nothing much is happening, you won't like it here.

      $17-$18 per hour Can listen to music holidays off steady hours

      No career advancement. Quality standards in constant flux . No AC in warehouse. Management always fighting. Unhappy employees. Underpays for the skills they require. Management regularly complains about safety standards and encourages employees to do whatever is fastest even if its not safe. Loud. Stressful. Misogynistic atmosphere. Poor planning for breakdowns in production.
