Pros
The industry is fantastic. I love this industry as well as the individual teams I work with inside the company. The employees here are some of the smartest hard working employees I have had the opportunity to work with.
Cons
The management at this company is some of the worst I've ever seen. The majority of the managers have only ever worked at rekluse, and have never been managed well in their life, which in turn causes them to be poor managers. From the top down, starting at the owner, management is overbearing and micromanaging. The owner is a cheapskate, refusing to give the employees the tools they need to perform well in the company, in addition to underpaying every employee across the board, even as he is buying airplanes.
