RejuvenX has been an outstanding company to work for. While RejuvenX may be becoming a large company they still run it as it is one office. They have focused on building an environment and culture where employees enjoy work and know that their opinions are valued. While some want to be rewarded with longevity RejuvenX rewards people based on performance. You do not need to work here for 5 years to be noticed and compensated. There is a lot of room for fast growth. The focus of the owners is not only on growing the company but to help each employee grow as well. They have provided us with whatever tools and resources we need in order to be successful.
