Pros
Generally, there is a good environment in the office (Troy). Associates truly work together instead of trying to climb over one another for recognition. There is not much finger-pointing but an attitude of let's just get it fixed and move on.
Cons
While the upper level knows there are legitimate challenges to meet charge hours, etc., they ignore those reasons and keep the pressure on the staff.
