Pros

Small team environment allowed for visibility into multiple aspects of operations.

Cons

My experience at Rehlko was deeply disappointing due to unprofessional treatment, lack of organization, and minimal employee empathy. Communication from leadership was inconsistent and often unclear. Expectations shifted without proper discussion, and there was little transparency in decision-making. Instead of proactive management, employees were often left to navigate confusion on their own. There was also a noticeable lack of empathy toward staff. Concerns were not handled with care, and feedback did not appear to be genuinely considered. When employees are treated as interchangeable rather than valued contributors, morale suffers quickly. Organization and process management were significant issues. Projects and responsibilities lacked structure, and accountability from leadership was inconsistent. This created unnecessary stress and inefficiencies that could have been avoided with stronger operational oversight. I believe any workplace can improve, but improvement starts with accountability, respectful communication, and leadership that values its people. I hope this feedback encourages meaningful changes for future employees.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear your experience did not reflect the environment we strive to create. While we’re glad you found our pay competitive, we recognize that strong communication, teamwork, and a respectful workplace culture are just as important. We continue to listen to employee feedback and invest in leadership development and training to strengthen how teams work and communicate together. We appreciate your input and remain committed to continuous improvement. Sincerely, Rehlko
