Working here was the best decision I have ever made. If you are looking for a start up agency vibe and ready to leave the corporate world behind this is the place for you. A place where you have a voice no matter what your job title is - It's the first job I have ever had where I am excited to wake up and go to work!

There aren't any cons in my opinion. But this is a place where we all care about our work, our clients and our teammates so in order to thrive here, you need to be proactive and self-sufficient.

Remote work but honestly not many more pros.

I thought I had learned a lot here until moving onto another company where I learned that what I was taught here was wrong. The disorganization at this company is at another level and management tries so hard to make it seem otherwise online. There are clearly even reviews on Glassdoor that are written by them. And also very low pay and their "benefits" are really when the company decides they want you to have them, if ever.
