      Not much pros lately!! Used to be a great place.

      Cons

      Monitor of breaks. Swipe to use the loo. Use of CCTV when they feel like it. Taking away internet from process areas. Treated like prisoners. Micromanaging workers

      Amazing Work culture as well as Guidance.

      Work as an intern is very repetitive unless trying to expand and work on other project.

      work with some good people

      Cons

      1) Contractors have a HUGE uphill battle to becoming a full time Regeneron employee - no matter how good they are. 2) At the mercy of too much favoritism 3) The expectations can be unrealistic depending on who your supervisor is.
