      Stable Job with decent pay for the area I suppose

      Cons

      Company consistently instills practices to make the job harder. Never anything to make our lives easier. Work from home is going away completely going in the total opposite direction of the work force.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexibility of work hours.

      Cons

      If you're in the wrong group, it's a struggle to get autonomy even when you ask for more oversight of a group or project because micromanaging is an issue. I feel trapped where I am and growth has been stagnant. They also hold a mistake against you for years. Management afraid to give constructive criticism.
