      Pros

      Great company culture, good pay for the level, good development opportunities, smart and pleasant people to work with.

      Cons

      Promotions are slow and work life balance is nonexistent. Standard 40 hour work weeks are not realistic to expect at this company (average 55-60) and the culture does not support it either. Management will preach that work life balance is important and ask employees to take their PTO but opportunities to do so are limited and not aligned with the volume of work you will be asked to do.

      This company is very good. Good salary, benefits and excellent working environment.

      It is not easy to promote to next level. Usually it needs 3-6 years.

      Good pay and benefits. Flexibility of work hours.

      Cons

      If you're in the wrong group, it's a struggle to get autonomy even when you ask for more oversight of a group or project because micromanaging is an issue. I feel trapped where I am and growth has been stagnant. They also hold a mistake against you for years. Management afraid to give constructive criticism.
