Pros
Regeneron has a wonderful company culture, which translates to hard but fun work, and people who are very invested. Growth and many options are still available even though the company is maturing and growing at a reasonable (not hockey stick) pace.
Cons
The requirement to work onsite is stupid for anyone who isn't using lab or manufacturing equipment. Even long-time employees are exploring other opportunities (my department has already lost some key folks) because of this requirement.
