      Very young and fun atmosphere. Room for growth of the company and within the company. Casual dress. Tons of room to learn and develop yourself.

      Cons

      Like every corporation there is a chain of command that you must go through to do things. However this chain is more accessible than at other larger companies.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexibility of work hours.

      Cons

      If you're in the wrong group, it's a struggle to get autonomy even when you ask for more oversight of a group or project because micromanaging is an issue. I feel trapped where I am and growth has been stagnant. They also hold a mistake against you for years. Management afraid to give constructive criticism.
