Pros
The people are good. The company does lots of little extras to show appreciation for the workforce.
Cons
The climate in IT is pretty dismal right now. This is due almost entirely to a bad hire with respect to the new CIO. Terms like "hostile", "abusive", and "toxic" are completely appropriate. No apparent action from HR, despite numerous reports.
