Staff cuts leading to being understaffed, also no effort is made to maintain trained staff there is a “ we can just hire more” mentality but no more are hired and interest in applying seems to be dwindling. No progression and unrealistic progression expectations not comparable to other companies. Work environment has become very toxic for many reasons but the “no blame culture” pushed heavily in the company guidelines is very much gone out the window as management and job expectations have become very difficult to deal with. Employees accross the board are under extreme stress with the ever changing vague expectations making it very difficult to complete tasks. Employees are thrown under the bus when trying to follow different vague non procedural guidelines given at will by multiple different members of management Employees are just a number - completely replaceable and that is made very clear to workers.
