Great residents, hard-working staff. Staff and Management are committed to doing a wonderful job for the Residents. The Christian theme is wonderful and a good place to work for a short period of Time. Management & Staff are Faithful & Loyal. Learn the business and then leave. And go to a company that is committed to their employees and don't just talk about it.

Corporate has no Direction, No Organization, They will not right their wrongs, they make excuses for Poor Poor Poor Corporate Leadership, Micro, Micro Micro Micro Management Style. They do not care about their employees. A true salesman can sales, hunt and eat. Regency wants robots. They have a form of God principles but they do not walk out what they talk about. Turn over is like every day. Nobody, Nobody Nobody stays. They are more concerned about your personal life then they are about their corporate position in the community. They refuse to listen and blame their High, High, High turn over on the employees and not that of upper Management.
