      Pros

      The agency has some good clients and there are some very smart people working at Regan.

      Cons

      I can't stress enough how poorly run this agency is, it's a mess and is stuck in the '80s. The environment is TOXIC!!!! It's straight out of a nightmare. The pay is horrible and the expectation to serve a million accounts at once is unacceptable. The turnover rate is high for a very good reason.

      - Can't speak highly enough about the team at Regan and the work that they do - Great people to work with - Fun clients to work with - Wide range of clients - Every person has so much expertise and is will to help anyone
