Cons
1-)You will not get anything in writing whether be it your salary , your designation. You have to only trust the verbal communication.. 2-)All the designation except branch managers do the exactly same job. 3-) most important: you will be working for 50 days to get a salary of 30 days. The salary gets credited on 20th of every month for the work done pf last month. 4-) HR will not entertain any calls after your selection is done. Before that there presence is felt not afterwards. 5-) Don’t get serious on the job description…. Your job is to find new houses that are being built in a region and sell them your product. 6-) Hardcore sales job …and the interesting part is area is not divided among employees. You and 10 others are working in the same area . 7-) Wednesdays are off .
