Pros

Free movies is definatley number 1!! The location that I work at tries to work with my schedule when I need days off. Since I've been there (about 4 years total) I've always gotten days off when asked. The company is very informative when it comes to changes in a system or program. Overall a fun place to work giving the different projects that do come along.

Cons

Some locations are open very late. Open all year long, meaning you have to be willing to work on holidays. Customers!!!! Most customers seem to come in angry and there is no pleasing them. Having to upsell on concession items that are already over priced

Pros

The initial role offers good experience in sales and customer service, but the benefits are overshadowed by internal management failures.

Cons

The primary issue lies in the disconnect between local management and corporate HR, specifically regarding off-boarding and payroll accuracy. I submitted a formal two-week notice which was reportedly never filed by my manager. This resulted in an "ineligible for rehire" status despite my following all proper protocols. Furthermore, communication from Corporate is inconsistent and contradictory. I was told both that my notice was received but my two weeks were incomplete, and then later told that no notice was submitted at all. Even with physical proof of attendance (after a manager failed to adjust a manual clock-in as promised) and proof of the submitted notice, Corporate refused to correct the record.
