Pros
At the time of writing, Cobalt has a small team of highly skilled developers. Problem solving and extreme ownership is of great importance, so naturally the growth is exponential. We have a refined code review process and clean code practices (not too strict), so that helps too. Every quarter, we take some time out to clear our technical debt as well. Features are built, tested and shipped fast, which gives a sense of achievement to the whole team. Overall great work culture.
Cons
You have to wear multiple hats. Sometimes you'll work on backend, sometimes you'll have to learn about some weird database or infra related problem and solve it too. Might make some people uncomfortable. Really depends on how you look at it.
