You meet some of the best people there, but they don't stay long because management doesn't value them and treat them like children.
Cons
Look at the patterns in the review - if something is repeated over and over again then you should pay heed: the micromanagement and holding on to every cent. There's no concern about employee wellbeing, just why you're not spending every single minute working.
