      Pros

      Overall they strive to be incredible place to work. They have great pay, benefits and perks. If you are fortunate to work from the Lehi office, then your experience will be a 10/10.

      Cons

      If you are one of the many employees assigned to a project outside of their Lehi offices, you will be left alone and abandoned to the wolves. No office space will be provided and little information will be shared. You are expected to know all things despite no formal structure or organization.

      Pros

      Great perks, daily lunches, discounts to high end golf courses and other properties Every employee feels extremely capable at their job. Unlimited PTO I wasn't micro managed.

      The pace of projects can be overwhelming at times

      Flexible hours, only really bothered that you get your work done, not hours worked. Trusting employer, but at this level they should be able to trust you.
