Pros
The products are almost uniquely high in quality, especially for a company that is this high in sales. In fact, the quality has actually improved over time. The quality and the great love consumers have for the products makes a positive difference to employees. The CEO is innovative, knowledgeable, and passionate, and the company's current board has an impressive depth of knowledge and experience, as do some of his management team.
Cons
Employees don't always seem valued by top management, which can put a cap on the enthusiasm at times (though a good idea can get through).
