      great people, great network. A few bad eggs in there but that’s the same with every company

      Cons

      Have to work 1 Saturday a fortnight, but can be worked around to do 1 in 3 or 1 in 4

      Great in house team, good benefits, and pay.

      Cons

      Poor communication from upper management level down to the salesperson. Everyday there is a new rule, a new change nobody has heard of and when you need help learning something they couldn’t be bothered to take the time to help all they do is send you a 3-5 page SOP which is like a big F-off!
