      Not a formal, stuffy workplace. Lots of high energy people They bring food and throw cool events for employees every now and then Workdays fly by quickly

      Cons

      High stress job. Requires thick skin or you'll drown Salary doesn't really keep up with inflation Lots of time spent on who to blame when things go wrong instead of how to solve issues
