Pros
Having worked at Redwood Collections for almost 10 years, I cannot really fault the company and its work ethic. It is a really great place to work and I enjoy the day to day buzz with my colleagues. A really great bunch of people who you can quite simply bounce off. More importantly, the ladder of progression if you work to your potential is bar none. You can quite clearly see that from the amount of people who have been here for 5 years +
Cons
I wouldn't necessarily state that this is a con but Redwood Collections is a very fast paced company. If you are looking for a relaxing 9 -5 job then this probably isn't the place for you.
