Sorry to hear about your feedback . Yes all organisations ( big and small ) , companies and governments go through financial challenges and sometimes payments do get delayed inspite of best efforts . On your other feedback , data is the only truth and yes we have grown , lots of students have got great careers in data science moving . Yes we don't believe in " fun @ work " etc employee engagement practices. The only aspect we like to engage in is data science and we will continue that approach as that enables all employees to have a good work life balance . By doing this we have been able to maintain a strict 9 am - 5pm office timings with no calls post that and regular weekends. We are bootstrapped so we make investments very carefully , so yes we will not invest in frills and great office space etc . What we provide is a set of solid client engagements , focused data science and digital work and a mature work environment
