Having the opportunity to openly share my knowledge as well as my opinions to the team without the fear of being judged instilled confidence that I thought I had little of. The director makes sure he keeps in touch with everyone as often as possible, offering guidance and assistance whenever necessary. From the onset, he emphasised the primary goal of the organisation is to help establish fit between the candidate and client. I'm surprised the company hasn't grown exponentially given the shared work ethic among the team.

Goals were encouraged and were set up to be more or less achievable.

Highly supportive environment offering excellent flexibility and all the tools you need to do a good job and the freedom to do it in a way that works for you. The owner is passionate, positive and proactive, if you are a motivated and accountable person this environment will work well for you.

Small business (though not a con in my books), for those who like a larger more corporate environment R+R is not, but for those who like a close-knit team and value flexibility, it's a better environment for you.
