Pros

Great food, fun place to work, good atmosphere

Cons

Management isn't great, corporate rules and regulations hinder quality, some locations have rodent problems that are known and not taken care of.

Pros

Very friendly coworkers and staff. Management knows what they are doing and runs the restaurant very efficiently. Cooks are all fantastic and sous/head chefs are incredibly approachable for a chef in their position, even when it's packed

Cons

Issues can arise between management and other servers which will occasionally bleed out into the general working atmosphere. Honestly just comes down to too many servers having a terrible victim mentality IMO, but this is usually never a major issue - most commonly saw it arise when time off requests weren't honored, more often than not because of an error/lack of notice on the server's behalf. Though this is not to say management is never to blame.

Pros

- good after school job

Cons

Everyone is required to work every holiday which is ridiculous considering many of the host/hostesses are under 18 and their families go out of town for holiday and it’s not always comfortable for families to leave their 16 year old kid alone at home just so they can work a high school part time job. You will get in trouble if you aren’t available for holidays
