      There were NO pros to my experience.

      Cons

      I would not recommend anyone to work for this company. There were blatant acts of racism and discrimination during my time with this company. And most definitely, there is a lot of nepotism in this company. It was WILD, to say the least!

      - Amazing culture, really great people - Client-centered focus - Compelling solutions - Authentic and enthusiastic - Fast growth - Fun clients

      Cons

      Redpath is a mid-sized consultancy. While at times it means people wear multiple hats it also means we each have opportunities to make a bigger impact than if we were at a big company.

      They take on clients that really benefit from the extra support and are doing good work.

      Cons

      Very challenging to stay above water for individuals newer to consultancy work.
