Pros
Great culture, people, and flexibility. It was a big step for me to jump to consulting, but I don't look back and I truly love what I do here as a Salesforce Consultant and Marketing Automation Consultant. It's great to have a team that supports you with everything you do and leadership team is very transparent with everyone and involves us with decision making.
Cons
We have a good project management process, but once in awhile it is slightly overwhelming when closing projects around the same time. This is largely the nature of consulting.
