Ability to work from home and client sites.
Dogs are occasionally in the office.
Cons
Seating situation is horrible, old library tables are the desks and it's 3-4 people to a table with monitors, totally cramped.
Conference rooms are a joke. When you can get one to take a call, the call is heard throughout the entire office, there is no room that you can't hear conversations that are taking place.
Management doesn't know how to help and gain internal control of projects that were poorly sold and are more concerned with what Salesforce rates them than what's going to be best for the consultants and the client.
Benefits are horrible.
Parking is a bigger pain than in central downtown.
