Having been working at the Redline Group for 3years I can honestly say that this is a fantastic company to work for. The company looks after all employees, invests in internal and external training for employees at all levels, and offers strong career development potential. Having joined the business straight after graduating from university I was offered the type of time and support that is not usually associated with a recruitment company of this size. With the support of team-mates, senior management and even the company directors I was provided with the time to establish myself and succeed within the company. The same is given to anyone willing to work hard enough. Enjoyable company incentives and friendly staff are a big bonus.
