Pros
None at all, terrible job
Cons
Hours, pay, advancement, firing if you don’t make sales
Pros
The team and training staff are nice and dedicated to your growth.
Cons
This job takes a lot of commitment
Pros
Great coworkers and a very supportive environment. The program they have in place is well structured. This is a good entry-level sales job for those straight out of college. If you're good at the job, you can make a respectable living at entry-level.
Cons
-No one is really full-time. Most people only work about 25-30 hours a week at $10/hr. You make most of your money on commissions. -The scheduling system is a joke. It runs Monday thru Sunday and is released late at night... on Sunday. You can't plan for the next week. -There are to attend meetings every single day. Most of which are repetitive and can be summed up in a short email. -Attending these meetings is mandatory, even on your off days. You're also encouraged to work past your scheduled time without pay. -There is also a disconnect between the manager and the employees. The manager does not value anyone's time outside the office or field. -There is also occasional travel. -Very high turnover and will terminate employees with no warning or notice.
