      Pros

      There's a great emphasis placed on providing training which can really support your development. This also includes providing you with the tools you need to do your job well (e.g. software, events). It's full of very talented people who are easy to work with. The company culture is very positive. There are great benefits included (e.g. Bupa healthcare, free lunch, flexitime).

      Cons

      The software is for a very dedicated market(s) so there might not be enough variety for some people but it depends on what you are looking for. (The projects are challenging and that's the important thing).

      Pros

      A company that treats each other reasonably and works hard to grow as a team. We value working in teams We try to be respectful, both in our collaboration and what we ask of each other Great work/life balance

      Cons

      Mostly a UK company, so those of us in the US are a bit removed Leadership is good, but we've had some turnover and they have work to do to grow together As we have grown over 500 people we have challenges of keeping a strong culture going. It's still there, but a little diluted in newer hires
