      The format appears to be a scam and a little too good to be true. You have to deposit your own funds on your work account, but then are given zero control over the tasks you are assigned or are able to afford. Combo tasks are a nightmare and can quickly cause you to end up mortgaged to cover the amount. Because of the program design you need to have a reserve account to cover combo tasks in an amount at least 5 times higher than what you deposited.

      open-minded, diverse cultured at working place, flexible, mostly remote

      Cons

      too remote sometimes as you see colleagues once a week, can be challenging to collaborate on projects. a bit chaotic like a startup.
