I began working with RedTech in 2016 when Jodi recruited me for a technical writing role on Cloud Platform Services Team. Unlike other recruiting firms I have worked with, they really take the time to seek the best fit for you and the client. During contact, they continue to serve contractors checking in from time to time to see if support is needed. I never hesitate to reach out to Jodi or Cliff for additional contract resources, questions or insight. Two years later, they are still working with me to find my next role. Jodi is an extremely dedicated recruiter as well as a very warm and genuine person. Working with her is having the best recruiter on your side. She always puts her clients and job-seekers first; resulting in customized service. As a business, they pride themselves on continual improvement giving contractors like myself competitive advantage.
