It’s a great team who treat each other with respect. Staff retention is through the roof at RedSofa. Included in the day-to-day decision making process, management encourage it. Treated fairly by management. We throw unbelievable parties like our annual interagency dart contest! Treated like a person and not just an employee. It’s not a KPI sweatshop! All the small perks like fresh fruit, free daily breakfast, snacks, in fact there’s a lot of food! Praised and rewarded for the good things I do! Commission structure is the best I’ve personally seen in this industry. Flexible working hours. Fryday – we have an office Friday breakfast, which is a great way to end the week.
Cons
Not always the best environment for junior consultants, there’s not really a mentoring/training plan in place. You’re expected to come in and hit the ground running.
