      Pros

      I'm really enjoying working a RedShield. There's a great company culture where everyone's happy to help out and there are really bright people to learn from. Anyone can give a talk on Research Friday or spend the afternoon researching a topic of interest and there's a training budget for conferences, etc.

      Cons

      It can be pretty unhealthy; coworkers are always bringing cake or other yummy food to share and the work can be a little stressful sometimes when the customers decide they need something immediately.

      Pros

      Decent Pay. Has potential for some growth.

      Cons

      Horrible management. Definition of "how not to lead a company". Everyone was "incompetent" besides the CEO. Everyone was wrong. Micromanaged and will control your every move. Similar feedback was given from partners, clients, and a majority of employees. CEO is toxic. PLEASE do yourself a favor and stay away.

      Pros

      Smart solution for web security. I worked 100% remote so not familiar with office day to day. My boss was very good and easy to work with.

      Cons

      CEO thinks every employee needs to be a security researcher and is less interested in other diverse skills. Very little in benefits. I will never forget the email stating my regions Christmas party was cancelled.
