As for what some may see as a downside — I wouldn’t say it’s a negative, but rather a reflection of the company’s nature. It moves fast and embraces change, which is typical of SMEs that are eager to grow. For me, that’s a good thing because it constantly pushes me to improve and upgrade myself.
