Pros
All the teams are united, so everyone are helpful and try to improve the areas. The time off that they gives are very good and also the timework flexibility.
Cons
Don't give to the employes resources to improve that means the systems are old, many activies are made manually (and the company talks that they are a tech company...), the future vision are very uncertainly and don't have process. Recently the company suffers a global layoff and they didn't give a assitance to the employees that were fired.
