Fun bosses. Obviously this will vary from store to store but rotas were sent well in advance so you could actually plan your life. Minimum wage, I worked there for over a year and never got a raise. We would all get told off for not reaching targets but we were never allowed to feedback into what a realistic target was, nor did we receive any incentives for reaching them (apart from during 12 days of Christmas). Even if you were recruited on a full time basis your contract was only for 5 hours per week. This offered little stability and meant you got rubbish holiday pay as it was calculated according to this. Menkind have changed this
