Lack of standards in all aspects, ranging from career trajectories and salaries to job duties - someone with the same job title as you could be doing much less and getting much paid more and vice-versa Lots of problems and concerns are swept under the rug, whether it be with work environment, infrastructure issues, workflow, expected job duties, etc. Lack of good middle management - lots of mismatched roles (ie. people in leadership roles who clearly aren't meant to be)
