Pros
Good benefits, easy to get hired. Amazing food at the main campus and its cheap too. Easy to learn the job, paid training for 80 hours.most of your coworkers are good people and are fun to be around although you wont have much down time with them.the pay CAN be good
Cons
Bad hours, fluctuating commission, subversive management, immoral sales techniques. Its truly hard to describe how stressful this job is over a review, i would have to sit down and speak with you to describe the many heatbreaking/nerve-racking moments you come across on the phone and how i had to sell to them anyways to ensure that i had a job and got paid a commision check.when i quit, my manager told be that i did really well when i got there because i needed the money and i would do anything to get it. Once i had money, i would not do anything anymore. That hit the nail on the head, i took a moral issue with the way that these sales are supposed to go, i could only ignore my empathy for these callers for so long.
