Great team. Managers reward hard work. They're also flexible if your needs are reasonable. Using their tablets to take orders makes it incredibly simple, fast, and easy once you get the hang of it.
Cons
Serving tables is exhausting, and dealing with the public always comes with its more difficult moments.
