We hear your concerns, and understand that you are frustrated. First, we would like to make it clear that all team members can always come to our HR team with any concerns, whether it has to do with management, policies, workload, or other questions or concerns that may arise. We hope that you feel comfortable speaking with your manager, as well, but HR is here for our teams too.
We would like to listen, have a conversation, provide clarity if needed, and find a resolution. Our intent is never to have our teams overworked or confused on any policies.
