Pros
A large number of experienced, talented, and team-oriented employees committed to delivering high-quality work and an excellent customer experience. Workspace is modern (almost brand new) and comfortable. Management does everything you can think of to ensure people have non-billable opportunities to have some fun and learn throughout the year (weekly lunch and learns, cooking/baking competitions, on-site farmer's markets, happy hours, travel to industry conferences, random cook-outs, etc). Nice location in Yardley borough, flanked by open space, easily accessible by major highways, and a 5 min walk to train station. Ownership and senior leadership is on site, approachable, and they listen and respond to individuals with respect. Company and employees are substantial contributors to the community, eg, a volunteer day off is provided to all employees each year and charitable initiatives are sponsored each year. A robust selection of drinks, snacks, and fruit is provided at no cost to employees. Flexible work hours and work at home needs are accommodated as much as possible. Pretty much any resource you need to get your job done efficiently is approved on the spot.
Cons
The company can be too nice sometimes, holding on to people who cannot meet minimum standards for too long, or simply holding on to people who don't have a lot to do (this is a rare occurrence, fortunately). Strategy, other than continued growth and customer satisfaction, is largely undefined, which can make prioritization of improvement initiatives a challenge. With respect to improvement initiatives, senior employees could likely be leveraged better in terms of helping to identify and lead improvement efforts; there seems to be a reliance on a very small number of people with similar backgrounds.
