The sales execs are friendly, passionate about giving great service to buyers and clients and stick together.

Disorganised structure, rude management contact with staff, under qualified managers, under pays on mileage and unfair working hours and practice. Extremely high turn over of staff, ridiculous reporting and paperwork systems. Stop over promising to clients and taking on the dregs of developments.
