Work/life Balance is not there/ very unprofessional People, First they will put you on internship. Many of the people cried and went from the company without taking there salary. They torture you mentally. There is no Leave Structure. No Diwali Bonus. No Leave Encashments. No Bonus Nothing. There is no long term benefit with the Organization. Whether you are fresher or Experience or Whatever degree you hold they will make you save contacts and send on there phone. No Planning of work (execution of day).
